环氧煤沥青防腐冷缠带
产品工艺及用途：
　　 本产品由基带和定型胶两部分组成。基带选用增强合成纤维——丙纶无纺布，浸渍环氧煤沥青基材胶经脱油制成；定型胶选用无溶剂环氧煤沥青由甲、乙双混和配成
　　产品广泛应用于石油、化工、电力、城市公用事业等行业的自来水、煤气、天然气、供热等各种钢制管道和钢制管储罐的外表防腐或修复工程。是一种省工、省力无需加温加热冷防工艺的环保节能产品，它在防腐体系中是*的经济选择。

三、使用方法：
(1) 表面处理：除锈、除焊缝、毛刺，油、污物并干燥。手工并除锈应达St3级，机械除锈应符合SYJ4007 　　—86中的Sa2级。
(2) 涂定型胶：将甲、乙组份定型胶按1：1比例混合，搅拌均匀后涂刷，要求涂敷均匀、饱满、不能漏涂
(3) 缠绕基带：定型胶涂完后立即缠绕基带，必须保持定型胶的粘着状态，若定型胶涂刷时间过久已实干 　　，必须再涂刷一遍方可缠带，基带缠好后再涂一遍定型胶即定型胶→基带→定型胶。
(4) 施工条件必须达到通风良好，远离明火。
四、运输贮存：
(1) 运输时应轻装轻卸，防止雨淋，避免阳光暴晒。
(2) 贮存于阴凉、干燥、通风、切勿邻近火源，zui大4层垒放、贮存期六个月。
