1．适用范围和用途

LBZ52系列防爆操作柱（以下简称操作柱）适用于ⅡB级、T5组及以下级别、组别的爆炸性气体混合物（1区和2区）场所，在交流50Hz、额定电压380V或直流220V、额定电流至10A的电路中，作远距离操作电磁电器之用，亦可对控制电路运行情况进行监视和显示。

 3．操作柱在下列条件下能够可靠工作

4．1 操作柱外壳由铸铝合金制成，表面喷塑，主腔内装有按钮,电流表和信号灯元件组成。外壳、立柱、底座组成操作柱整体，接线腔内、底座上设有内外接地螺栓。

5．安装、使用与维修

5．1 安装时，把接线腔盖打开，将电缆通过引入装置接入接线腔，按电气原理图将导线接至接线端子上，接好内外接地线，检查无误后，紧固压紧螺母使电缆达到*的密封状态，zui后用螺栓将盖紧固，即可使用。

5．2 操作柱在使用时应定期进行检查，发现有不正常现象应及时维修。

5．3 维修时应断开前级电源后，才能开盖维修，维修时不得损坏隔爆面，维修后，隔爆接合面涂204—1置换型防锈油，把盖用螺栓紧固好。
